We are delighted to share our experience here with you - to point you towards our favorite restaurant or snorkeling spot, organize a sunset sail, help you pack a picnic or plan a meal... We will reserve a jeep for you, meet you at the ferry dock, lead you to your home-away-from-home, and be a valuable resource for you throughout your stay.
Most of all, we want you to love St. John, and Coral Bay, as we do!
Windspree's History
The roots of Windspree were planted in the early 1980s, when Coral Bay residents Bill and Gail Imbrie started Imbrie Management and Design, and Karen Baranowski began working with this management business. Nine years later, Karen's now-dear friends Sue and Hank Fredrickson took over the business, under the name Windspree Vacation Homes. Karen worked closely with Sue and Hank until 1997 when they retired and turned over the helm to her.
Since that time, Windspree Vacation Homes has grown and today provides full-management services to 24 villas in the vicinity of Coral Bay.
Karen treasures Coral Bay - as her community of thirty years, and as heart and soul of Windspree Vacation Homes. She is a member of the St. John Accommodations Council and the St. John Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Park, Coral Bay Community Council and is active in other aspects of promoting and protecting Coral Bay. She is an enthusiastic and experienced resource for all who book through Windspree.
