Dancing Dolphin villa is enclosed with a fence off the paved roads in Upper Carolina. Dancing dolphins decorate the gate and leap as stone sculpture at the infinity edge of the pool.

The sprawling pool deck with 14'x25' 'pergula' for shade, the magnificent views, and private setting make this the ideal location for a family vacation or for a honeymoon.

Luscious tropical landscaping with fan palms, birds of paradise coconut, lemon and lime trees surround this beautiful property.

Top of the line gas grill, two sitting areas, comfortable furnishings, shady pergola with outdoor fans make this elegant patio a memorable setting for gatherings, day or night.

Dancing Dolphins has a custom chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including two ice makers. The gracious furnishings include a large dining table with comfortable seating and artwork and appointments that lend to a glamorous aura and invite celebration.

Dancing Dolphins custom bedding and linens are of the finest quality.

The gorgeous green and azure views are maximized indoors and outdoors with walls of glass doors offering access to large balconies and open-air dining and sitting areas.

Every bedroom in Dancing Dolphin is air conditioned, appointed with quality furnishings, luxurious linens and private balconies with ocean views.

The master bedroom is glamorously appointed with a private ocean view balcony.

The twin bedroom is perfect for kids.

Dancing Dolphins is built from native stone and raw materials and with the finest workmanship and attention to detail.

The infinity edge pool has a large patio and tekki bar, and offers complete privacy and wonderful views.

The downstairs family rooms has a comfortable sitting area and a tread mill, with large glass doors opening onto a balcony.

The separate guest cottage is available for a couple to rent separately. It opens onto the pool and has wonderful views.

The guest cottage has a queen bed and fully equipped kitchenette.

Main level floor plan: The main floor of Dancing Dolphin, with the master bedroom and full access to the pool and deck, can be rented separately to a couple seeking a luxurious romantic getaway.

Four professional women in need of rest and relaxation with a hint of luxury and adventure, mission accomplished! Our stay at Dancing Dolphins exceeded our expectations. While here we enjoyed a variety of food, hiking, exploring, sailing, snorkelling and of course a cannon ball splash contest in the pool, (I still think I won!). The sun and bugs seemed to like us a lot =) but that was a small price to pay for being in warm beauty. I was a terrific way to begin 2011. This has been our 6th home rented in St. John and Dancing Dophins has been the best. Wonderful home! We enjoyed the beaches and the smoothes on our return drive. Coral Bay restaurants are great. Swimming with the turtles at Leinster Bay was wonderful. Joe's BBQ is a tradition. Great afternoon of bonefishing "on the fly". We have had a wonderful 10 days on St. John. Dancing Dolphins is the best. The view of Coral Bay is so peaceful. It was a joy returning to it each day. We look forward to future visits.

Dancing Dolphins Villa is great! We all love it so much! There’s a great view of Coral Bay. My favorite part of the house is the outdoor tiki bar-it’s so cute! We loved playing darts and swimming in the pool while listening to music! We’ve come so many times to St. John and we love it. This is the first time we’ve stayed in this villa though, and I bet we’ll stay here again! Our favorite beach is Maho Bay and we also like Cinnamon and Trunk. But all the beaches are GREAT! We went to the beach almost every day and when we came back to the villa the fun continued! We wish we could stay here FOREVER!! Thanks so much for sharing your awesome villa! Oreo is adorable! I wish we could bring her home! Thanks again!

This is our 9th trip to St. John, starting in 1975. We stayed at Caneel Bay 3 times, Est. Zootenvaal twice, Pebble Cove on the east end twice, La Belle Villa last year and now Dancing Dolphins -- the BEST! Our favorite thing to do is go to the beaches in the morning, go to lunch, and spend the afternoons right here. We enjoy going out to dinner but we had many great meals here as well. This kitchen is fabulous! Your home is so beautiful and the view is breathtaking. We enjoyed our coffee and the banana guests (birds) on the deck each morning. Because of our son’s wedding we won’t be back in 2010, but hope to rent this again in 2011 for 2 or 3 weeks. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise.
