The kitchen has modern appliances for your convenience, including both dishwasher and disposal.
	The Master Bedroom,or Water View room, offers easy access to the hot tub and deck, where the island panorama is truly stunning. There is an adjoining bathroom between this bedroom and the Garden Room
The Garden Room has two twin beds ( one with a trundle bed) that can be converted into a king sized bed
	The Pool Room on the lower level has a queen sized bed and its own bath
	Floor plan. Sea Breeze is a non-smoking villa.

This was my family’s first trip to St. John. We live in NY and they have been to Jones’ Beach and Lido Beach many times. Throughout the years I have been telling them of the clear, blue water of the Caribbean. They were amazed at such beauty. Everyday we did a different beach. Waterlemon was a favorite-we saw turtles, starfish, stingray, squid and sea urchins. We all had such a wonderful time. We loved Colombo’s Smoothie Shack. This was such a memorable vacation….

Your house is perfectly situated for day trips all over the island. The view is amazing and we loved being remote. Our girls were totally freaked out by the tarantulas that often found home in our car and by the bats at night! We prefer this side of the island vs. Cruz Bay. Donkey Diner, Skinny Legs, Aqua Bistro, Island Blues, Sweet Plantains….all were great. The hike down and up Reef Bay Trail was tough but worth it. (I hear they have a boat that meets you at the bottom and takes you back to Cruz Bay, but we didn’t take it) Coming back after a day at the beach to the hot tub, sunset and Presidente beer was perfect! Thank you!
