This newly constructed villa has all the charm of a tropical caribbean home.
	The lush gardens and tradewinds surround you. The fragrance of the flowers and fruit trees bring sweet smells like no other.
The deck hosts a dinning area, a grill, and sunny/shaded spots for activities such as yoga or clothing optional lounging. The Bocci ball and dart board on the back of the property will challenge your skills.
	Step down into the pool for a swim or enjoy the jets in the conversation seating. You will definitely enjoy the breath taking view of Coral Bay harbor, the east end of St. John, the British Virgin Islands, and beyond.
This magical spot hosts colorful sunrises and dark crystal clear skies for stargazing. If you are lucky to be here when the moon is full, the moon rising over the bay is a memory you will never forget.
	The main house is light, airy and elegantly decorated.
Memory Daze has a separate master bedroom with a queen sized bed.
	The master bedroom also has a bath with an out door shower and laundry. The top of the line furnishings make this the perfect retreat.
The fully equipped kitchen, entertainment center, sitting area, queen sized bed, bath and laundry will provide all your needs.The first class kitchen will inspire you to create anything from creamy frozen libations to memorable caribbean entrées.
	The elegant living area is spacious and comfortable
Just steps away from the pool is the separate guest cottage

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The views are spectacular and the décor of your home added to the tropical experience. The pod layout of the property lent well to both privacy and co-mingling of two couples. The pool felt wonderful after a day in the sun, especially with frozen margaritas! We really enjoy Coral Bay and the laid back feel of this side of the island. Coming here in the off season is great to enjoy the island without the crowds. We will definitely be back to Memory Daze.

Thank you for allowing us to share some of the most scenic views St. John has to offer. We not only love the beautiful weather, water and snorkeling, but also enjoy the fact that St. John is so quaint and comfortable.
