	Estate Fortsberg has a very special and extremely private location on the beautiful island of St. John. Located on a private promontory of land within the National Park boundaries overlooking Hurricane Hole and Coral Bay, it sits at an elevation of 260 feet on historic Fortsberg Mountain.
The home encompasses 270 degree views with every window offering a breathtaking delight to the eye.
	Early risers will be delighted by the gorgeous sunrises to the east. In the evening of the full moon phase, Estate Fortsberg affords phenomenal views of the moonrise. Look northward to the towering island of Tortola and Southeast to distant Norman Island.

Estate Fortsberg is a four bedroom, 4.5 bath villa tastefully built and decorated in a traditional West Indian style.
	The great room is the center of activity, including a gourmet kitchen, dining room and large living area complete with a wet bar.

The home was designed with 4 master bedrooms complete with full baths, each with its own private outdoor stone shower. On the first level, it has a large waterside granite patio with a roofed porch that extends the complete length of the house, offering reprieve from the bright Caribbean sun. This is the West bedroom with king sized bed on the main level

	The lower level includes a beautifully landscaped courtyard, private balconies off each bedroom, and a large covered deck area complete with ping pong and the traditional Soggy Dollar ring toss game. West bedroom with king sized bed on lower level
East lower level bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king sized bed.
The inviting pool offers stunning views of Hurricane Hole in the National Park, and Tortola in the British Virgin Islands Estate Fortsberg is a non-smoking villa.

Your villa is amazing. This is a wonderful place to come back to after a day of hiking and snorkeling. The views and privacy were exactly what we were looking for in a villa. We hope to return soon! Recommendations: -Book a full day sail on “Long Distance”-Go to Vie’s beach-Snorkel Haulover-Hike Ram Head-Hike to the Battery (cannons below) –pizza at Big Belly Deli-Breakfast at Donkey Diner-Any meal at Shipwreck’s-Dinner at Aqua Bistro

Great house and we had a great time! Loved Salt Pond Bay! Saw turtles at Waterlemon. Trunk Bay was beautiful but crowded. Skinny’s has good burgers. Had fun in the pool and loved the outdoor showers. Hope to come back next year!

This house is soooo amazing!! The island is beautiful from the beaches to the mountains to the donkeys. Some of the things we really enjoyed were Donkey Diner, Skinny Legs and the Calypso Catamaran sailing trip. Thanks for the great experience and a fun vacation!
