Casa Nita is a three-bedroom, three-bath villa with a thoughtful design that makes it perfect for a family or three couples. It is located in a pristine and quiet area on the south side of St. John, with epic sweeping ocean views. The villa offers absolute privacy but is conveniently located, near the hamlet of Coral Bay with lively and affordable restaurants and Caribbean charm. Roads are paved in the Zimmerman/Quacco area right up to the house.
	With spectacular ocean views, tradewind breezes in every room, and the sound of the surf to lull you to sleep, Casa Nita offers the luxury of comfort and privacy in an epic setting, overlooking John's Folly on St. John's south side near Coral Bay, a hamlet of persistent Caribbean charm graced by friendly locals and abundant wildlife.
The spacious Great Room opens onto a balcony with magnificent views and invites family gatherings with elegant furnishings and generous dining areas.
The chef's kitchen is appointed with first class amenities and a large dining island, where friends and family can gather to prepare a meal. The dining room table, barbecue grill, and a sixty-five foot wraparound deck invite guests to share memorable meals together, graced by private ocean views and cooling tradewinds.
	The Queen sized bedroom on the main level offers private ocean views, high ceiling with ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
The view of John's Folly, with Leduck Island, and the pristine green amble down to the water seduce guests with peace.
The three bedrooms are equally spacious and each have a private full bath, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and sweeping views.
	Three twin sized beds are in the east lower level bedroom Casa Nita is a non-smoking villa.

Had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the view from your porch. Snorkeling at Waterlemon was fantastic, as always. Saw one of the largest barracudas I’ve ever seen, as well as a ray and a small nurse shark. For swimming we enjoyed Little Lameshur, Hawksnest, Cinnamon and Francis. Had a great diving trip with Low Key, and a not-so-successful trip with St John Dive Adventures when the boat broke down in Coral Bay on our way out.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We had a great time viewing the local animals-goats, chickens and donkeys. We went on a sail that was the highlight of the trip. We went to Newfound Bay and snorkeled; saw turtles and a barracuda.

What a wonderful week of vacation! This house is beautiful and very relaxing. The view from the deck is amazing. Wonderful vacation. Not necessary to nuke the rooster but how about tranquilizing the dogs! The view and sound of the ocean were most enjoyable. The children enjoyed the donkeys and goats. Thought we might have to take the wee white goat home with us
