The house is constructed with the finest materials, a European flair, old-world charm, and an expanse of windows at a private perch of a peninsula overlooking the sea, offering a breathtaking view as if from the bow of a ship.
Maison Miele (Honey House) is a unique structure of the sort that surpasses its function as a house and is unto itself an artwork.
	Floral hedges and fruit trees frame formal gardens and the edging of a path along the cliffside. The landscaping creates meditative and completely private means to enjoy the epic natural surroundings.
Maison Miele is enclosed with natural landscaping and a fence. An antique bell hangs at the villa's entrance gate.
	Maison Miele unfolds semi-private space such as this courtyard shaded by an arbor outside the entrance, near the pool area, near private green grassy areas, and footpaths...
The majestic great room is an architectural feat--with cathedral ceilings and walls of windows that open to the views of the ocean as if from the bow of a ship. Open the windows and feel the tradewinds and hear the waves crashing on rocks just below.
Southside bedroom in main house has twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. It is surrounded by windows with immediate views as expansive as the sea. It has a large private bath.
The dazzling lap pool juts out towards the sea and reflects light from the building's chalky white surfaces, massive columns and stonework, like a Grecian village on the water. A sleek and elegant design.
	The panoramic water views from the pool deck are stunningly simple and gorgeous.
Floral hedges and well maintained grassy areas invite guests outdoors.
	Masion Miele's private guest house is a home unto itself...featuring its own deck, full AC, a kitchen and a king sized bedroom with a full bath

What a magnificent location! Awesome views make it hard to leave, even for a day trip to go snorkelling. We did venture out most days, but rarely before noon. Our favorite snorkel spot was Waterlemon Cay and today we spotted a cool nurse shark that paid no attention to us. Almost got a ride on a turtle at Francis Bay. Sorry to go back to PA. As my son said “I could get use to this!” Thanks for sharing Maison Miele with us.

My family and I think St. John is the best place to vacation in the whole world! This is our second time at Maison Miele. We just love the place! Our favourite restaurant on a Friday night is Skinny Legs!

What a magnificent place to stay for a week on St. John! We couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view, especially with full moon this week. Great snorkelling and very relaxing. Day trip on the Bad Kitty to Virgin Gorda - a "must" that you will not regret! Favorites: Salt Pond Bay, Maho Bay, Leinster & Waterlemon Bays. Donkey Diner, a "must" for breakfast. Shipwreck Landing for dinner and blender drinks. Sweet Plantains for great Caribbean food.

Tomorrow we return to our normal routine but the visions of the beauty will remain with us for forever. A truly beautiful home on an amazing piece of property. We will be back.

The view is great. It’s amazing to see the sun come up over the small island in Friis Bay. If only we could find that beach down there, it looks like it would have great snorkelling. The food we had was great. The pool was refreshing. It’s totally different over here than Cruz Bay. You can't go wrong anywhere on this island. What a great way to wrap up a Bar Mitzvah weekend.
