Casa de Suenos is a 4 bedroom villa majestically perched on the mountain side over looking John’s Folly in Coral Bay, St. John. This home is elegantly built, furnished with private bedrooms at each corner, upstairs and downstairs. The additional one-bedroom cottage located next to the pool is ideal for an extra guest or couple.

The gourmet kitchen features an island bar where the cook or chef can easily participate in conversation with others. Top of the line new appliances, spacious Granite counter tops and beautiful cabinetry will delight your cooking needs.

The aerial view from the great room is exhilarating! On a clear day it's possible to see Peter Island, Le Duck, Tortola and more, while listening to sounds of the surf down below.

Nestled against the mountain, this stately villa is cooled by tropical breezes.

The great room has beautiful seating, including a dining table that seats 8 and plush living room furniture.

Amenities include Cable TV service and Flat Screen TV.

The sumptuous master suite has its own outdoor access down to the pool.

All four bedrooms in the main house feature fantastic views, air conditioning and tropical designer furnishings. The east main level bedroom features two extra long twin beds that can be converted into a king sized bed.

Each bedroom has a private full bath.

The east lower level bedroom off the pool deck is private and comfortable. The extra long twin beds can be made into a king-size bed.

The west lower level bedroom off the pool deck has two extra long twin size beds.   A new sitting area that can be used as an additional sleeping space has been added between the two bedrooms on the lower level.

The spacious one bedroom guest cottage is located right next to the main house

Like the main house, the guest cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, bedroom A/C, half bath upstairs, private deck and the same breath-taking views.

A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom and full bath on the lower floor.

Wake up to views of Norman Island, Le Duck and beyond in the comfortable bedroom of the guest cottage.

The guest cottage has beautiful furnishings and fantastic ocean views.
