Thanks for giving us such an amazing place to spend our honeymoon! Weather wasn't picture perfect but it was great for us-cloudy days were awesome for hiking and exploring. We enjoyed cooking here and made great use of the hot tub to recover from long hikes. Most of all we loved having our watches off and relaxing. This has been a special week. We had an amazing stay here at the Castle. The view is breathtaking and makes for the perfect place to relax. We loved all the creatures that came to visit us, especially the lizards, hermit crabs and humming birds. Some things we enjoyed: Snorkeling at Salt Pond, Trunk Bay and Leinster Bay. Also, call Rick and Robin from "Long Distance" to take you sailing. Thank for creating such a peaceful place to visit. This is a vacation that I will remember forever.

What can I really say about the Castle? It's like living outside with the added benefit of shelter. We love the adorable lizards, hiking, snorkeling and various restaurants but it's the Castle with its unsurpassed views and many charms that really is making this trip unforgettable for us. Our favorite things: Enjoying a mango flavored pale ale or root beer at the Tap Room. Reading a good book while relaxing at Cinnamon Bay. Having a Drink Right, Keep Left at the Tourist Trap. Anything at Shipwreck Landing. Snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay. Sailing to Jost Van Dyke. Swimming with turtles at Salt Pond. AND of course...staying at The Castle on St. John!!! We had such an amazing honeymoon here. Thank you very much, we loved every minute!

Our visit to the Castle and to this stunning island truly surpassed any possible description. What a stunning experience to wake up here the next morning after arriving in the dark! The sun was shining and the view was AMAZING!!! The Castle has been wonderful, along with the people, the beaches, the snorkeling, the food... After an exhausting year we feel renewed and refreshed! And we'll definitely be coming back to St. John!

We loved it here! Snorkeled Salt Pond and night snorkeling at Little Lameshur was amazing! Spent a bunch of money on beer-Tourist Trap, Miss Lucy's, Aqua Bistro, Skinny Legs, Fish Trap, Miss. Vie's, Woody's, Beach Bar. All food and drinks at each place was amazing. There is no other view from St. John that I have seen that captures the view of The Castle. With any luck, next year at this time I'll be writing in this book again. I love this place!

What a wonderful trip. We ate, drank, snorkeled, fished and got married here. We will be back for sure. What an awesome place to stay. By the end of the week we didn’t even mind the road up the hill. There isn't a more perfect place to get married.
