Tequila Sunrise, is perched on a mountainside, high above Coral Bay Harbor. This lovely 2 BR / 2.5 Bath home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. This two level home has a large and colorful great room opening onto a covered deck with breathtaking views of the Coral Bay harbor and the pristine east end of St. John.

The outdoor deck is comfortably furnished and is a lovely spot to enjoy friends and family over a lovely meal surrounded by Caribbean breeze and sky.

This home is one of the few available that is family friendly. Two ample bedrooms, with king bedding sit side by side and open onto a lovely covered porch, which leads to the pool. The bedrooms also offer interior access to each other, which is perfect for those guests with children.

The refreshing pool is a tropical oasis, sitting in the center of a lush, green garden. The pool deck offers plenty of privacy for sunning and swimming, and is the perfect retreat after a day spent at our world famous beaches. The location of this home is perfect, minutes to the North Shore beaches and only a stone's throw to dining and shopping. Yet once you arrive home, you're a world away. Like the famous cocktail, Teqila Sunrise is cool, colorful, sweet and intoxicating, a perfect base for your St. John adventure.

Tequila Sunrise offers a choice of eating areas, including a kitchen island, an indoor dining table as well as a dining table on the covered deck. Wonderful views!

The fully equipped kitchen will surprise you with its chef's amenities. Designed as a Caribbean great room, the kitchen opens into a sitting and dining area, where family and friends gather to entertain, relax and prepare and enjoy meals.

The kitchen opens into the comfortable furnished living area, complete with large media center and comfortable seating.

The great room is the central gathering place with a covered exterior staircase leading to the two bedrooms on the pool level. There is a selection of books and games, television, internet and comfortable seating for everyone. You will feel completely at home in this private paradise.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our 25^th anniversary by sharing your house with us. We had a great week relaxing and exploring St John. The house had everything we could have needed. Loved the views! We had a little excitement one morning with a scorpion in the kitchen =) we saw squid at Jumbie Bay, a stingray at Little Lameshur Bay and a turtle at Waterlemon Cay, plus all the colorful fish wherever we went. The only thing we would change is the sunshine for all the rain we had.

Left the cold grey dreariness of the Midwestern spring and came to paradise! Love Tequila Sunrise! The driveway was a bit of a challenge, but well worth it! House is beautiful, comfortable and awesome! The sunrises are amazing, even the choir of roosters on the hill were a treat. The view is spectacular, and the weather was perfect. Every day sunny and in the 80’s. A great vacation was had by all. One 3 hour blackout at early evening taught the kids patience and life pre-internet. All in all worth every penny to get here, relax and chase the winter blues away! Thanks!

Tequila Sunrise - a great place for a lot of reasons. Coral Bay is a fun place on St. John, more laid back than Cruz Bay. Snorkeling, good anywhere. Chartered the yellow and blue houseboat Angels' Rest. Stable, attractive, run by owners, easiest snorkelling entry and exit ever, great for beginners and pros alike, especially good for those apprehensive about tippy sailboats. Snorkeling the mangroves was quite interesting. A good trip! St. John - greatest island anywhere!

Every trip to St John is perfect in its own right; however, this trip to Tequila Sunrise in Coral bay set the bar a little higher. The privacy of the house sets it apart from other houses I have stayed in. Being well equipped with all the creature comforts made the stay too easy! With beautiful views and a constant breeze, Tequila Sunrise is perfect for living and loving the St. John way! Thank you! The full moon was the most wonderful experience and I only hope to repeat it.

The 5 of us had a great time. We loved the house, loved the location. The house is very well equipped; it was a surprise for us that everything worked - even the grill!
