Thank you for sharing your paradise with us. I hope we can come back to this villa next year. This is our 10th time visiting St. John, and this villa is the best by far for our 7-, 5-, and 3-year old. Living is simple and stream-lined. And I have never found it so easy to hang damp or wet clothes. One is always wet here, and no one else seems to understand the concept of drying clothes! I loved taking a quick shower or sitting in the spa watching the beautiful moon. We always feel so happy here in Coral Bay.

Dear Barbara and David,
Back again to your little spot of paradise. As wonderful as ever, plus WiFi! We have enjoyed the hot tub – views of the heavens, and borrowed fireworks on NY Eve. The pool has been refreshing – and the evening meals on the terrace delightful.
The road is better in parts – although the goats do mind sharing after dark. The bumps & grinds never change, however.
Highlights -- golf at Mahogany Run (on ST) – swim at Salt Pond, peaceful on a windy day – snorkeling at Waterleman Cay – dinners at Turtle, Waterfront Bistro, brunch at Lucy’s. Thank so very much – from the G’s.

I hope you had a good holiday with your family. We so enjoyed your home in St. John. It was just perfect for us - the layout is perfect for two couples and we enjoyed the solstice full moon while we had dinner on the deck. It had absolutely everything we needed and was a great place to base from. The view is stunning and we enjoyed it thoroughly. What a special place you have! I'm so glad we found Palladio's View and we'd definitely love to stay again when we return.
Best wishes for a peaceful 2011!

Thank goodness for the Internet, without which we never would have found Palladio's View. First time in St. John, and we land in Paradise. Lovely house, magnificent views, etc., (all as has been said before). A very "liveable" place, with a good selection of guidebooks, DVD's, etc.
Sad to leave - as after any vacation - but somewhat more so from this idyll.
P.S. A day's sail on "Breath" was wonderful; Shipwreck Landing for seafood likewise.

We truly appreciate you sharing you home with us. We have thoroughly enjoyed the "view," and this beautiful paradise. We honeymooned here .... You truly have a piece of heaven here on St. John and we are already planning our return trip! We are not quite ready to to return to reality or "rightside" driving. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful, amazing week! I came here with my parents for their 25th!! At first no A/C, outdoor showers, and the possibility of no cell service was horrible. But it wasn't so bad at all! (I did have cell service!) Usually, I'm a grumpy teenager but the hot tub parties made me outgoing! Singing Justin Bieber at the top of my lungs was a funny sight for the neighbors!
I loved snorkeling! I saw two stingrays, an octopus, squid and giant tarpon. The water was incredible and a great bonding experience with me and Daddy :). And boy! The ride here was sure something. One bad thing did happen. I got stung by a SCORPION. I started breaking out and made my Dad call the clinic. It's a joke now that I still had time to text (but hey! I needed to tell my friends I may die!!). Basically, this was a great vacation. [Note: One is very unlikely (and unlucky) to encounter a psuedoscorpion on SJ. I was stung by one once. They're small, certainly not deadly, not big scorpions like one would see in the Southwest, and the sting responds fairly quickly to antihistimines, but it does hurt for a time. D.G.]

Thank you for the beautiful accommodations. It's worth the trip up that crazy road! [Note: Grading, some paving of the road has begun!] We have spent 2 wonderful weeks here relaxing and getting away from it all.
Tips for other visitors:
1) Check out local customs regarding "Good Morning" and proper attire (no swimsuits) in town.
2) Skinnylegs is highly overrated. If you are craving a burger, wait 'til you get home.
3) Aqua Bistro was our favorite - the flavors were incredible.
4) The rum is cheaper than water - so enjoy.
5) The bugs are hungry - take our advice - use the OFF

PV has everything we wanted in a beautiful vacation villa on this beautiful island. I just watched the sunrise again on Easter morning. Life doesn't get better than this. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and quiet home with us. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill & some wonderful restful nights. The flowers & landscaping are incredible and we saw many birds & wildlife.
