Summer Season: April 16th thru December 14th. Five night minimum rental.
Holiday Season: December 20th thru January 3rd. Seven night minimum rental.
All rates subject to 10% USVI Room Tax. A $35 insurance fee is required. Rates are subject to change without notice.
