What a wonderful home! We had no idea such a place existed in the Caribbean. The view from Sea Breeze is amazing! Such a varied and crazy bunch of wildlife on St. John! We met many easy-going donkeys. Mongooses tried to get into our beach bag at Waterlemon Bay. Rachel and Carson found a dozen tarantulas in the yard; no problem they are not poisonous and stay in their holes! Lots of goats (many nap on the roadside). At the bays we watched turtles , rays, lobster, heron, sea organisms, warblers and giant hermit crabs. Hash at Donkey Diner is a real treat! Skinny Legs is fun! Our all-around favourite restaurant is Morgan’s Mango. Loralie at Chateau Bordeaux does a great job and the view is great. Sun Dog in Cruz Bay for lunch. The staff at Windspree were terrific! St. John is the most beautiful place on earth. Our family completely enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. A combination of the pool, the views, the hottub, the cool breezes, the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal clear refreshing salt water really made this trip the best yet! Yes, the view was grand and serene! Thank you for sharing your beautiful spacious home. Trunk Bay was our favorite place to snorkel but you have to get there by 8:00 to get a parking spot. Cinnamon Bay was a favorite for just swimming. Most of our dinners were had at Sea Breeze--a wonderful spot for outside dining!

This is our first time on land. We loved the view, the pool, and the coolness at this elevation! Some days we were grateful to be in a cloud forest--reminiscent of Costa Rica. Our favorite beach was Trunk Bay. Our favorite dinner was at Concordia overlooking Salt Pond Bay and the Atlantic. We would love to come back!

What a beautiful place with a gorgeous view! This was a wonderful place for our family's dream vacation. We loved the beaches, the snorkeling, the scuba diving and the amazing views. with three teenagers in our family, the house worked very well for us. We didn't watch the TV at all, but played Monopoly three nights and other games. It was great for us to take a break from our overly busy lives to reconnect and make some great memories together. The sunrises over Coral Bay were so beautiful. We are very pleased we could stay here. We had a fabulous time!

Thiis was our fourth time staying at Sea Breeze... Loved the views as always. Can't beat the island. Everyday and every hour of the day brings a new life, new feeling, new aura to the views from Sea Breeze. I could never tire looking at this magnificence. This trip we finally saw the islands at sea level that we had been viewing from our deck. The British Virgin Islands are beautiful and peaceful, but St. John is the best.

From the moment we stepped into the house and saw the view we were hooked on St. John. We loved the house and the warmness with which we were greeted. Our days here were filled with adventure and relaxation. The Annaberg Sugar Mill Ruins were very neat and snorkeling at Waterlemon was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful Virgin Islands vacation.

This was my family’s first trip to St. John. We live in NY and they have been to Jones’ Beach and Lido Beach many times. Throughout the years I have been telling them of the clear, blue water of the Caribbean. They were amazed at such beauty. Everyday we did a different beach. Waterlemon was a favorite-we saw turtles, starfish, stingray, squid and sea urchins. We all had such a wonderful time. We loved Colombo’s Smoothie Shack. This was such a memorable vacation….

St. John is just gorgeous and after exploring all sides of it, we are convinced that Sea Breeze is the best place we could have chosen to stay. Your house is perfectly situated for day trips all over the island. The view is amazing and we loved being remote. Our girls were totally freaked out by the tarantulas that often found home in our car and by the bats at night! We prefer this side of the island vs. Cruz Bay. Donkey Diner, Skinny Legs, Aqua Bistro, Island Blues, Sweet Plantains….all were great. The hike down and up Reef Bay Trail was tough but worth it. (I hear they have a boat that meets you at the bottom and takes you back to Cruz Bay, but we didn’t take it) Coming back after a day at the beach to the hot tub, sunset and Presidente beer was perfect! Thank you!

This house is fantastic! I didn’t think this kind of view existed! The pool is nice and the spa is a luxury and the sunrises are sweet. I love the drive from here to the North Shore beaches. After seeing it here, I can’t wait for the British Virgin Islands, which we are visiting today. The vase by the three seater couch was found in Maho Bay on the ocean floor. We cannot take it with us and it seems like a good contribution to the house.

Had a fantastic stay here. The best way to access the pool is from the outdoor shower. Stop at Fire Foods on the corner in Coral Bay, they’ve got great food. The fan in the living room works great for drying your cell phone after going swimming with it. Going somewhere? Bring a “road soda” just ‘cuz you can Enjoy!

LOCATION! LOCATION!! LOCATION!!!! What a great place in a gorgeous setting. We spend HOURS on the deck. Appreciated the grill a few nights…the house is so private and peaceful, we really relaxed. The hot tub was great!

We really enjoyed the spectacular view. The boys went scuba diving and deep sea fishing and I went shopping to help the locals make some money. The weather was perfect all week. Never saw bats before until I stood by the pool and they soared above me. Our real estate agent pressed us hard a few years ago to buy this house. He said it was the most magnificent view on the island. Unfortunately for us, we couldn’t get in to see it the day we drove around with him…He was right. We’ve stayed here 10 times on St. John and we now own a lot on Upper Carolina but he was right. Nowhere else looks out on a view like this. Congratulations on a great buy!

I was in St. John for the first time as a child in the early 70’s, and from what I remember it was paradise as it is still pretty close to that! Your home is beautiful with a stunning view, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved Solomon Bay-the snorkeling between there and Honeymoon had turtles, squid and beautiful fish. Waterlemon Cay was also great. We don’t think our accommodations could have been better.
