Just wanted to tell you again how pleased we were with the house, and how much we appreciate your helpfulness and welcome. Our four fellow travelers were impressed with the accommodations, and of course with the entire island, and they had a great time. I know they will all be back one day.
The complete supply of necessities and conveniences, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, reflects real thoughtfulness on the part of whoever is responsible.

We only hope that everyone that follows has as great a time as we did. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we didn’t really want to leave it, as much as we wanted to see the island! We will have to come back to see more next time!

This has been a fabulous vacation. Our favorite beach was Solomon-you can’t drive there so it’s much less crowded. A day sail on “Breath” is also a great way to spend the day! Snorkeling at Lameshur and Salt Pond was great, we saw lots of sea turtles, rays, fish and a small shark! We love the adventure you get vacationing here!

Island Breeze is one of our favorite spots to stay. It is peaceful and pretty and close to all the restaurants and shops in Coral Bay. We really enjoyed bringing our kids here for the first time-they loved it. We can’t wait to return again!

This is a beautifully designed house. We usually vacation at the beach in NC and this house reminded me of the “beach houses” there that I love so much. The snorkeling was wonderful everywhere. I loved watching the pelicans diving for fish. They are the coolest birds I’ve ever seen. The nature here is refreshingly different from anywhere I’ve been, and beautiful in all its own way. Hope to come back again soon.

Having had two weeks in Cruz Bay, it was fun to move to Island Breeze and enjoy a different setting. We enjoyed the hot tub and view but found the noisy traffic annoying. The day trip to Jost Van Dyke was well worth it. Miss Lucy’s was our favorite place for dinner. Breakfast at Donkey Diner was the best. Thank you

We had a most enjoyable time here at Island Breeze. I believe you have the largest population of bananaquits on the island! We enjoyed snorkeling at Francis Bay-saw turtles, octopus and angel fish. Lameshur is a great beach with few people. It’s worth the trip down the bumpy road. We also had a great time diving with Low Key Watersports. Our best day was spent sailing aboard “Breath” in Coral Bay with Peter Muilenburg. The highlights of the trip were snorkeling at the Indians and Norman Island Caves, and lunch aboard the William Thorton. Thanks for sharing your home, we enjoyed every moment!

Our third visit here is even better than the last two! We had a great sail and snorkel trip. Loved ALL the beaches. The house is just perfect, and has all we could ever need. The weather was grand! Hate to go back home to all that stress but we leave with peaceful memories.

We thank the owners for sharing their home with us. We love the artwork and all the island décor throughout. It rained here briefly every night, but was back to partly cloudy and 80* every day. The North Shore beaches were rough for snorkeling for half our time here so we snorkeled at Salt Pond a lot. We will be back to St. John again!

We enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon on Island Breeze! Lovely place to call “home” for a week. The kitchen was great-we ate breakfast on the deck every morning and packed a picnic lunch every afternoon. The ice packs in the freezer were very useful! Our favorite snorkel spots: Salt Pond Bay, Haulover, and The Baths in Virgin Gorda, BVI.

This was our first stay here at St. John and we love it. Staying here at Island Breeze was most enjoyable. This is a lovely, comfortable home. Our favorite beach is Francis Bay. We loved watching the pelicans catch fish and the swimming is superb. Hope to be back!

I know the island had magic when the sunset was good-facing east! Sitting here on the deck at sunset, the sky and the water turned beautiful colors. This side of the island is our favorite-peaceful and beautiful too. Although late day hikes are great, watch out for the bugs. Now, back to the snow

When I woke up and looked at the sunrise, I thought I had died and gone to Heaven. When I watched the boats in the bay in the late afternoon and the bright stars and then the waning moon coming up-I knew I was in Heaven. Kathy agreed.

What an incredibly relaxing week we’ve enjoyed. Very warm and breezy. Breakfast on the porch is a great way to start the day. We highly recommend the Park Ranger Bird Hike-7:30am Sundays at the Francis Bay Trail. Hawksnest and Gibney Beaches were our favorites. So wonderful to return here after a beach day-a true island retreat with a view!

I have been coming to St. John since 1980 and I have stayed many places but must say this is one of the nicest. Your screened porch and the master bedroom with an incredible view are incredible! The snorkeling was unbelievable, especially at Waterlemon, Trunk, Leinster and Lameshur Bays. We plan to come back and stay here again. This house works great for us!

Favorite Places: Waterlemon Cay, Francis Bay, Turnk Bay, Miss Lucy’s, Shipwreck Landing….we loved it all. This island is so small and yet seems so big! There is so much more to do here than in our home town, where everything is “convenient”! Thank you.

Haulover Bay is the BEST snorkeling we have ever seen. A day trip to Virgin Gorda is well worth it. The Baths are amazing. This house is delightful-also the best I have seen for kids. Thanks for everything.

Great visit! Loved Miss Lucy’s, Shipwreck and the Lime Inn. Maho and Francis Bays are wonderful. Trunk Bay Trail very good snorkeling but you need to LEAVE by 9 am! It gets ridiculously crowded. Thanks so much for such a well thought out house.

We immediately felt at home in Island Breeze. We love its location since it’s accessible to just about everything and yet it’s also very peaceful. We covered as much of the island as we possibly could…sunning, swimming, snorkeling and sailing. Best snorkeling we found was at Leinster where we found all kinds of fish, a barracuda and a large sea turtle. We liked swimming at Cinnamon Bay the most because of the strong breeze and great views. Lameshur provided this as well, with fewer people. As we leave Island Breeze we hope that someone will take care of Sally (the cat). She seems to come with the house. We just loved our week here and are beginning to plan our return trip. It’s truly Heaven on Earth. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay!

We had a fabulous week-it went all too quickly. The house, the view and everything here is just right-comfortable, breezy and so relaxing. Can’t think of anything that needs to be added. We really appreciated the coolers, beach chairs and beach towels. Coming back to the open air shower after a day at the beach was heavenly! Can’t wait to come back!

The house is very clean, comfortable and inviting. It took us a few days of exploring to realize that Coral Bay and its surroundings offer the best of everything-snorkeling, hiking, beaching and dining. Wish our stay could be longer. See you soon!

We left no part of the island untouched-from the East End, to Annaberg, to Cruz Bay.
The beaches are spectacular. Snorkeling was excellent at Jumbie, Salt Pond and Trunk. Hiking was fabulous at Ram Head Trail that heads out of Salt Pond Bay. The drinks and view from Miss Lucy’s are superb. The house was perfect!!! Thank you so much!

Just a great spot-convenient-quiet-super view-all the things you need. The VCR and kid movies was a super thought. The beach chairs were always used. You certainly thought of everything when you stocked this house. The location provided an ample breeze all day. We had perfect weather our whole time here. Thank you so much!!

We had a great honeymoon! The best snorkeling was off Lameshur. The food was great at Shipwreck. Dinner at Lime Inn in Cruz Bay was outstanding. We will return with friends next time so they can experience this wonderful place too.
