IMPORTANT BOOKING GUIDELINES
RATES & RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made up to a year out.
Rates are based on how many bedrooms are needed. Therefore if you would like to stay in a 4 bedroom home, but you only need two bedrooms, you will only be charged for two bedrooms and the remaining rooms will be locked.
We accept venmo, paypal, checks & credit cards (with the exception of AMEX). If you would like to pay by venmo, paypal or check, please submit an inquiry instead of booking online.
Please see minimum nights required for each home on their respective page. Most homes have a 5-7 night minimum depending on the time of the year. Clementine Loft, Pummelo Loft & Key Lime Loft: No minimum nights required with the exception of Christmas (Dec 22 - Jan 8) and President's week (Feb 17 - 26 2024) (Feb 14 - Feb 23 2025). Palladio's view: 7 night minimum year round.
HIGH SEASON, OFF SEASON & HOLIDAYS
Off Season: April 16- December 15 | All homes, with the exception of the ones mentioned, have a 5 night minimum required.
High Season: Dec 16- April 15 | All homes, with the exception of the ones mentioned above, have a 7 night minimum required. (For example, Saturday to Saturday is considered a 7 night stay).
*Exceptions: In the event there is a small opening between bookings, please contact us for a custom booking request.
