Casa de Suenos is a five-bedroom villa, perched on the mountain side overlooking the water & mountains in Coral Bay. If your party has more than 10 people, you can add the following add-ons upon checkout:

One twin roll away: $25/night
Queen futon: There's a queen futon located in the media room, between 

This home features A/C in the bedrooms to keep you cool in the evenings. The open floor plan in the main living area provides a spacious area for friends and family to relax or socialize and enjoy the views of the Caribbean Sea. A separate cottage is available to rent (at an additional cost) which provides extended living quarters for those looking for some privacy from the rest of the home.

*The cottage is not rented to other parties when guests are in the main house.

Bed Setup: There are private bedrooms at each corner of the home, upstairs and downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have King beds that can be converted into twins if desired. Please advise if you would like each of the two rooms to be twins or a king when booking. Another bedroom has twin that cannot be converted. 

Bathrooms: Each bedroom has a private full bath. 

Nestled atop the mountain, the main living area of the villa is cooled by tropical breezes. The living area has comfortable seating, including a dining table that seats eight and plush living room furniture. The TV's have smart capabilities and also feature cable.

The kitchen: Features an island bar, top-of-the-line appliances, spacious countertops and beautiful cabinetry.

The Cottage (located right next to the main house): The guest cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV, A/C in the bedroom, half-bath upstairs, private deck and breathtaking views. A spiral staircase leads down to the bedroom and there's a full bath on the lower floor.

Our on site team is happy to assist with recommendations on island and will take great care of you if you need anything while in residence. Please provide your emails upon booking so that we can send you our virtual guide of the island, restaurants and info about the residence. We will also need it to send you driving directions and information about how to get into the home.

Please note rates are based on the amount of rooms that are booked/ how many guests you have. For example, if you have 2 couples in your party, then you will most likely only need two bedrooms.
