Sail View is a wonderful retreat in St. John, offering a gorgeous view, A/C in the bedrooms and just a short drive to local restaurants and activities. The home is situated on the side of the hill, in a private area, away from other residences.

The outdoor area features three different patios, encouraging your group to socialize and relax outside as they enjoy the expansive view of Coral Bay harbor and Bordeaux Mountain.

Inside, the Primary Bedroom is located upstairs, connected to the living room and kitchen. This level also contains an half bath and laundry room.

 The other two bedrooms are located downstairs (stairs on the outside of home). They are connected, but a door closes between them, offering privacy for both bedrooms. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms as well as A/C.  The two lower bedrooms have mini fridges and coffee makers.

The kitchen contains a Vulcan stove and breakfast bar, creating the perfect setup for in home dining. An ice maker is also provided to keep your refreshments chilled. 

With an open floor plan and comfortable living room furniture, everyone can find a spot to relax at the end of the long day at the beach.

(New!) Backup power: Solar panels and Tesla powerwalls are installed for backup energy.

In home entertainment: includes a Smart TV, board games and books. 

Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided for your convenience.

A virtual guide is provided upon booking. The guide provides information about how to get to St. John, car rental suggestions, as well as restaurant, hiking and beach info. It will help eliminate a lot of research time on your end!

Important: Please note rates are based the amount of rooms that are booked/ how many guests you have. For example, if you have 2 couples in your party, then you will most likely only need two bedrooms. We will charge only for those two rooms and the others will be locked.
